Walk-ins are always welcome but reservations are recommended to insure availability of your pet's favorite habitat. Pets may be dropped off or picked up at the resort between the hours of 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday and from 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sundays. Pets using our complimentary chauffeur service should be dropped off at Baker Clinic between 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM and picked up from Baker Clinic between 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM.

If you have decided to board your pet with us please be sure and download, fill out, and bring with you a copy of the registration form. We also have a pre-requisite checklist so that you can be certain you have all necessary documentation so that your pet may be received at the facility (this includes proof of vaccinations, etc).
